Returns & Exchanges

Talisa Atelier has not finalised its returns and exchanges policy. The text below describes how ateliers of this kind usually operate; it is a starting point for the owner to confirm, amend or replace. It must not be treated as the house’s terms until she has done so.

Made-to-measure pieces

A piece cut to one person’s measurements cannot be resold, and is normally not returnable or exchangeable. This is the reason we confirm every measurement with you before cutting.

Pret pieces

Ready-to-wear pieces are normally returnable within a stated window, unworn, unwashed and with tags attached.

If something is wrong

If a piece arrives damaged, or is not what you ordered, tell us and we will put it right. Please write to us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs.
